State Agency investors may view investment account balances, and review and print account statements. On this page, you can also learn about other services available to local governments, such as payment processing. Follow the links for more information. Perdue, State Treasurer Investment Accounts The West Virginia State Treasurer's Office (WVSTO) offers local governments and state agencies the ability to invest funds though the West Virginia Board of Treasury Investments. The funds are pooled into one of three investment options, the WV Money Market Pool, the WV Government Money Market Pool, or the WV Short Term Bond Pool. Complete pool information, including the investment policy, may be found on the Board of Treasury Investments' (BTI) web page. You may also review monthly financial statements, monthly operating reports, annual financial statements, and historical rates of return on the BTI page. If you are a local government representative, and are interested in opening an investment account, please complete the Resolution Authorizing Investment, and the Account Request form. Both of these forms may be found on the Cash Management page of the WVSTO website. All local government investors are encouraged to sign up for iPAS. By using iPAS, you will be able to view your account balance in real time, review and print account statements, and request account transactions online.
